Tax Overage Recovery

What is a Tax Overage?

Tax sale overages are the extra money left over when a property is sold at a tax sale auction for more than the amount of back taxes owed on the property.

Our Process & Service System

Set An Appointment

Once you have decided to work with us. We set an appointment to go over the paperwork over the phone. It is required that you sign all documents needed in order to file unclaimed funds on your behalf. A notary will come out to you to have all signatures verified and recorded.

Open Unclaimed Fund Cases

After all paperwork and signatures have been filed we submit claims to various government agencies to verify the validity of the unclaimed funds. Depending on the county, city, or state it can take up to 3-4 months for a response. Once we have received a response from the agency and all paperwork is filed and approved. We wait for the PAYDAY.....

Once we receive an approval from all the agencies AND the estimated time to receive a check. We will contact you with that information and submit a check based on the agreed terms in our contract; which will be 30 days from the date check arrives in our office.

Our Fee

Our firm works on a contingent basis - there are no out-of-pocket expenses to you. We're paid ONLY upon successful collection of your claim. We cover ALL expenses related to the claim until it is paid, and if the claim is unsuccessful you owe us nothing.

After receiving our paperwork package, we will send a local notary to collect it from you and overnight it back to our office. Claims are usually processed in 3-4 months depending on the complexity of the case, and your share of the claim, typically 60% of the funds collected, are remitted to you within 30 days of receipt.

We'd love to see you reclaim the funds we've found for you! What would you do with a nice, unexpected payday? In this economy, everyone can use extra money. Let's make sure the government doesn't end up with it!

I thought this was to good to be true; but I didn't have anything to lose. This company not only gave me a huge pay day; but they changed my life. God is good

I had just lost my job and was behind on some bills; when they called me I was skeptical thinking that it was a collection company trying to collect money I owed !!! Come to find out they were able to collect and give me $70K. This company is AMAZING !!!!!!

You have a lot of scammers out there; but I have to say there are still good people in this world and this organization is one of them. Thank You for getting me money I didn't know existed.

I am so honored to write this email for you as a testimonial. My husband had just died I was struggling with bills and life in general and someone from your company called me I didn't want to hear or believe anything you were saying. I am so glad you stayed persistent and helped me collect the $100,000.00 that was owed to my husband I would of never known that money was out there. Thank You so Much !!!!!!

It's a shame the government hides and keeps these funds from everyday people. Thank you for being an advocate and helping me and my family go on our first vacation with the money you collected for my family.

Q: How did you find this money?

A: We audit different government agencies on a regular basis for unclaimed funds due to citizens like yourself.

Q: How did you find me?

A: We usually locate our clients by doing internet searches.

Q: How much is my claim? Where is it being held?

A: Once you have signed our contingency fee agreement, we'll be happy to disclose where the funds have been located!

Q: Can't I find the money on my own?

A: The governmental agencies we audit typically DO NOT post these unclaimed funds accounts online. You are welcome to search state unclaimed funds websites, but if you find funds there, these are not the funds we're informing you about.

Q:Why should I use your company?

A: Most of the assets we locate aren't available by searching the internet, and it's unlikely that without the aid of a company like ours, that you'll be notified of their existence by the agency holding them.
